Campsite in the heart of the South Loire Valley
Our campsite is located in Châtillon-sur-Cher, in the heart of the southern Loire Valley. Come and discover the Cher valley, its vineyards, the Touraine and Sologne landscapes: a combination of forests, farmlands and ponds.
Our village is crossed by several picturesque waterways, including the Cher, Sauldre, Fouzon and Canal de Berry, offering magnificent scenery and opportunities for fishing, canoeing and walking or cycling along the banks.
The campsite is at the heart of the production, manufacturing and ripening area for raw-milk goat cheeses: Selles sur Cher and Valençay, stamped with the official European PDO label.
Campsite in the Loire Valley nestled in a theater of greenery
Ideally located in the pretty village of Châtillon sur Cher, the campsite is bordered by the Cher river and the Canal de Berry. It has a heated outdoor swimming pool. It is set in an exceptional natural environment.
Our campsite has well-defined hedged pitches. It is shaded by numerous trees, including majestic weeping willows.
Our range of rentals is varied. You’re sure to find what you’re looking for for your next vacation or stopover with our mobile homes, tit’homes or Coco Sweet.
And if you’re looking for something a little more unusual, book our “cabane enchantée” and come and discover the Val de Cher: a “natural” region with a rich architectural, historical and cultural heritage.

Our mobile home rentals
Our rental accommodation, including mobile homes, is very comfortable and fully equipped. Pillows and blankets are provided.
You can also opt for the cabane enchantée for a magical, atypical stay.

Set in lush green surroundings, our spacious camping pitches for tents, caravans and motorhomes are all equipped with access to electricity, to meet all campers’ needs.
They enjoy magnificent views over the Cher and are perfectly enclosed by hedges.
Campsite South of the Loire Vallee
Activities
The campsite has two playgrounds.
The first is suitable for children aged 1 to 6 and the second for older children aged 5 to 14.
Two table-tennis tables are available, as are rackets and balls.
Fancy a game of boules? The campsite has its own ground (balls required).
The heated swimming pool is open from June 15 to August 31. It’s ideal for a dip after a day of sightseeing. It’s very popular with children, but also with adults looking for a cool, relaxing place to relax.
The ZooParc de Beauval is just 15 minutes from the campsite. Beauval Zoo is one of the world’s most famous zoological parks, and one of the landmarks of the Centre-Val de Loire region. It alone requires a two-day visit. We recommend that you extend your stay to discover the other treasures of the region, or simply to relax and unwind on our peaceful campsite in the heart of nature.
There’s plenty to do in the great outdoors, including kayaking and canoeing at the Cher’s water sports centers, as well as fishing.

Explore its rich history and exceptional cultural and historical heritage with visits to the famous Loire castles of Chambord, Cheverny, Amboise, Chenonceau and Valencay.
You can also visit the town of Selles sur Cher with its market and shops, Bourre with its troglodytes sites, Amboise with its Touraine aquarium, Blois with its House of Magic, and Cheverny with its dog pack and Tintin exhibition.
And if you’re a wine enthusiast, don’t miss out on one or two days of gastronomic delights as you discover the vineyards and wines of the Loire Valley, with its renowned red and white appellations that are the perfect accompaniment to the culinary specialties of the Loire Valley.
